Fitbit warranty

Got a Fitbit versa and it packed up 10 months into its use, got a new one since it was still in a year warranty only to get troubles a few months in on the new one. Now the product is out of warranty from the original purchase but still in warranty from the date of replacement. Fitbit only deems warranty valid from date of first purchase despite replacement going unserviceable so soon.
