Fitbit Versa watch

Hello All

Please help me a screen on my Fitbit Versa watch is not showing anything. When i tilt the watch i can see a screen is lighting up at the background. But then i don't see anything on the screen.

The help desk just did not help by saying it is out of warranty. but the watch is only 18 months old.

when i asked to send it to any workshop where i can pay for the repair, they said they don't have any in the word. There was no support after 1 year warranty period expired. Indirectly the guy asked me to throw the watch away.

The product is ****, first, the belt broke in less than a year, apparently, it cost ZAR999. Then 6 month later now the watch is totally useless. But is a very expensive watch. I took really good care of the product, even though it has a waterproof feature, i have never let the drop of water on it. The products is a **** product, don't buy it . there is no support. Regards
