My Fiance bought a Fitbit Versa Lite in 2019 and within the 1st year the devise stopped working. We took the devise back and it was replaced in March 2020 after it took a couple of months waiting for the new unit.. The 2nd Fitbit went faulty in December 2020 and had exactly the same issue as the 1st device. She only use the device for running superpose and does not even wear it near water. We contacted Fitbit and after many emails, trouble shooting and pictures that we had to send to them, they informed is that the device does not qualify to be replaced as the warranty has laps. The warranty runs from the date of the 1st device and not the 2nd replacement unit. I feel that this is the biggest lot of bull. How can the warranty on a 2nd device run from the date of the 1st device? I will never in my entire life buy a fitbit device again and will tell everyone about my experience , as I do not what anyone to buy a device from Fitbit and then have to go through the same experience.
