Fitbit Versa

I have had my Fitbit versa for over a year and it suddenly stopped working. Still looks brand new, but its screen only flashes white. When I called for service they immediately said that my warranty was over and they can not help me. Even though my warranty is over, customer service is bad! An expensive watch like this should not be working just for a year. Very disappointed in Fitbit and won't recommend them for anyone.
