FITBIT Useless Support - Actually no support

Fitbit support in South Africa is completely useless - they provide you with troubleshooting links that opens in an error page How do they expect you to reset a device that does not charge and does not go on?? Then they will tell you to use a different browser - please what bull S#@t?? After 12 emails with support the advise you to contact international support?????? Useless company and brand!
