FITBIT UNREPAIRABLE IN SOUTH AFRICA

Please think twice when buying a Fitbit watch. They have NO repair centres in South Africa - which means if you have ANY problems with your watch after the 2 year guarantee period you will have to throw it away. My watch is working perfectly but the connection between the watch and the strap broke- I have taken it back to Sportsman Warehouse who informed there are no repair centres in South Africa. I then contacted their head office who informed me there is nothing they can do about it Ineed to throw it away and buy a new one . They are not exactly cheap watches - this is totally unacceptable
