Fitbit Surge Defective

<p>I bought a Fitbit Surge October 2015 and the strap stared to break 18 months later. This is suppose to be their premier tracker and fitness device. After contacting Fitbit their reponse was sorry we onlt have a 12 month limited warrenty.</p> <p>With some more investigation it seems all the Surge devices are breaking after 18 months and the strap is not replaceble. Poor quality as well as poor design. </p>
