Fitbit such a disappointment!!!

After placing my order over a week ago, I'm now being told that my fitbit versa 2 can't be shipped because fitbit doesn't have the license for this item.

I've spoken to several people at totalsport online, Amier, Imelda, Cameron etc which no one can give me an answer regarding what the issue is with the license or when they will get it. This is the worst service I've ever received and honestly after this experience with still no answer and now reading all the complaints actually about fitbit I honestly feel that fitbit should just be shutdown as this is really such bad customer service!!!
