Fitbit - Stay Away!! Their devices only work until the warranty period ends.

Please STAY AWAY from Fitbit Devices!! My device is 16months old and I have made sure to look after my device exceptionally well as they are expensive Devices and I hoped that mine would last a long time! Yet yesterday my Fitbit Versa2 stopped working completely!! On Sunday it kept showing the Fitbit Logo and then the next day it was off, Nothing at all was working. When I spoke the Fiybits customer service they politely told me that because me device is a few months out of warranty they cannot and will not repair or replace my device! Now how can you sell devices that just stop working, and how can you not service these devices???? When I Asked fitbit what do they suggest I do with my device then now that I can't have it fixed. I got a very professional message that came down to ""nothing" but thank you for being a fitbit customer" I have never been more infuriated and disgusting by any company in my entire life!!! CONVENIENTLY though I am not the only one! On all the various social media platforms there are so many people saying they have had the same problem with their fitbit devices! Yet fitbit turns a blind eye to the problem!! How can they sell expensive devices and then when customers are no longer happy and are asking for help thry refuse to do anything but you thank them for being fitbit customers???? Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and even on YouTube there are so so many unhappy customers!!!
