Fitbit products none existent support in South Africa

The worst product ever , Bought a Fitbit Charge 3 , stopped working and not even a year old . Tried numerous times to contact the local agents , who are just ignoring my calls . International help desk located in Hawaii don't even see South Africa on their data base ??? and can not help me , so much for an international 2 year world wide Guarantee?? Fit bit is just a money making **** in South Africa , consumer protection council should address this if they do what they claim to represent ???
