Fitbit letdown

<p>My fitbit charge (R2 700.00), was not even 7 months old when the wristband started comming loose at the bottom where the sensors and charging socket is.</p> <p>When I took it back to Sportsmans Warehouse where we bought it, in it's original packaging with the charger, they send it back to fitbit. I got it back with a 'sorry, can't repair it, because it is the costomer's fault'.</p> <p> </p> <p>That's it! I know of 6 people in Polokwane, who's fitbits broke at exactly the same spot. It is definitely a manufacturing fault, but fitbit just does not care.</p>
