Fitbit watches have an inherent flaw in that the screen spontaneously pops off. It has been well documented on various online platforms. Even though Fitbit international is well aware of this design flaw they absolutely refuse to repair their flawed products if it's out of warranty...even after we offered to pay for the repair.
