Fitbit is a **** company

I bought a Fitbit Charge 4 exactly a year ago, few days ago the strap broke. I went to Sportsmanswarehouse where I bought it. They called the Representative and he said they cannot help I should call the Customer service line, I've been calling and the number which does not seem to exist. Basically the company does not have After Sales premises in South Africa. The whole experience feels like a ****. I don't know how companies like things are allowed to trade in this country.
