Fitbit Ionic recall - empty promises, no refund, no communication.

There has been a recall on the Fitbit Ionic. I have completed all requirements that Fitbit requested, so that the recall can take place. The next step is for Fitbit to contact me with the refund, but no communication. I have tried on the online chat, but only way according to them is that I should make a international call, which I cannot do. No email address or other way of communication is offered. Fitbit sucks, and there is no way to resolve this. Fitbit has made promises, which is not kept. Rather go with Garmin or Suunto. I imagine the service is better on the other side. If the recall went smoothly, money paid back, I would have bought another. Bad company, would not recommend to anyone.
