Fitbit ignores privacy setting

Fitbit seems to have a problem with privacy settings. I have to block these annoying friend requests everyday. I specifically blocked that function, but they ignore it. Blocking the function on the phone is also not the solution. I have lots of friends, I don't need cyber friends. I'm not lonely, so what they are doing is sharing your profile, private info such as weight and height, etc. and inviting friends.
