Fitbit HR Straps quality issue

<p>Bad service from FITBIT - my wife's fitbit stap "bubbled" within the first year of warranty and I took it back to Sportsmans ware house where I purchased it. Unfortunately it was a week after the warranty so it was returned back to me. Howver speaking to many of my friends and relatives who have fitbits this appears to be a quality issue. The strap should never "bubble". Most certainly within the first year.</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot get hold of the Fitbit importer in SA to resolve this</p> <p> </p>
