Fitbit HR

<p>I bought this Fitbit HR on the 21st of August 2016 at Due South Cape Gate Centre. I was there on Sunday, because thee wristband on the one side started to lift up. I was told that I can take it to another branch for repairs where I might have to pay for the repair. I bought this for everyday use and did not think the quality will be so bad. I paid R3000 for it and don't want the monies back just another one or even talk to a rep to replace the armband immediately as I am on a strick monitoring regime. I was told they are not allowed to hand over the reps contact details. All I want is to take it in and wait for the repair if you do not want to replace it,</p>
