Fitbit horror

I bought a “waterproof” watch that stopped working as soon as it went in water (1.2m pool). Fitbit has no 1. NO HELP LINE or email to assist anyone in need 2. Fitbit has NO REPAIR CENTERS anywhere, so you can’t send the watch anywhere to be fixed 3. They have 0 solutions to fix the problem, they will not replace the damaged watch, instead they will tell you to buy a new watch.
