Fitbit Devices just not worth it

I would not recommend anyone to ever purchase this device, there is more than enough alternative products out there that can meet your needs for a fitness tracker and smart type watch.

There is always some sort of sync problem, then you follow the extensive process of clearing data/resetting the device etc. just to get it working again for a few months.

Gues what the last time I followed this and the support told me to do this I've removed the device from my profile and tried to sync it again and now the device does not want to at all. Then they create a case and I've got to do all this testing all over again and when they gave me a link to file for a claim I'm now unable to due to the device not being synced to my profile anymore. Well done fitbit team now you cannot help me as technically the device do not exist. Go and look on my profile the amount of time I had to re do this stuff and how many time the device succesfully worked then file a claim on my behalf.

I'm never supporting you again. The money was just not worth it and neither the hassle. I should ask you to pay me to wear this device as we are the users that have to do all the work and testing for you.
