FITBIT customer care

...just like to commend the customer service on their swift problem solving and assisting me with a few DEFECTIVE Fitbits I have purchased. It would seem I was unfortunate enough to have bought a couple of Duds. When contacting Fitbit call centre my problems have been seamlessly re@olves and devices replaced and received by me in record time. Thanks guys for a great service...doesnt say much for Fitbit products, but if you get one that works...its great.
