Fitbit Charge 4 - Broken after 2weeks.

The Fitbit Charge 4 was bought on 12/06/2021 at Incredible Connection (Wonderboom junction). On 02/07/2021 it was taken back to the store because the "press button" had fallen out. The store's feedback was that the Fitbit was misused. It is a lot of money to lose because it is an expensive watch. Incredible Connection informed on the 20/07/2021 that because of Covid we have to communicate directly with Fitbit. The provided e-mail adres does not work, they did not provide any other contact information for Fitbit.
