FITBIT CHARGE 3 USELESS

Fitbit Charge 3 is a useless tracker. Received a 60th birthday gift from my kids in December 2018. After 8 months display screen had white and black stripes. Contacted Fitbit. The tracking unit was replaced. In December 2019 the straps cut off. Contacted Fitbit and the straps were replaced. In March 2020 the replaced tracking unit showing black and white stripes. Contacted Fitbit and they rep**** that it is out of warranty. Fact is costing close to R 3000 the Fitbit Charge 3 is very poorly made for display not lasting more that 8 months
