FitBit Charge 2

I am highly disappointed with the heart rate monitor named the Fitbit charge 2. It does not measure your heart rate, that device is useless and money flushed down the toilet, the device measures movement of the hand and it does not give you any heart readings. Very disappointed, and them you cannot get hold of anyone who can assist you at Fitbit or the manufacture, do maybe someone can give you a answer, not nice to sell a product that does not do what it is suppose to do.
