FITBIT Backup Sevice Non existant

Hi,

I have had a FITBIT Blaze for around 18 Months and My strap broke about a month back

I have written to Fitbit and asked who of dealers stock fitbit Originals in South Africa. I am told the contact dealers. Well I have been into those Fitbit dealers in Pretoria Easy and not one stocks a Fitbit strap . They say Takealot.com. I have ordered 2 Fitbit straps from a 3rd party supplier via Takalot.com and both had to be sent back as they did not fit my Blaze.

I am still trying but want a FITBIT original. I again went into Dischem who are a dealer but I am told they do not keep straps. I now sit with a FITBIT blaze which was not cheap but cannot get a strap.

I actually told DISCHEM that thid is really a good reason to tell people NOT TO BUY FITBIT. a good Product but no backup when you need it. Hopefully this will get to the South African Dealers who should be able to help with a bit of luck. Otherwise I repeat it is a good reason TO NOT Buy A FITBIT
