The screen on the charge 2 cracks at the slightest knock, Fitbits answer is we don't repair cracked devices. your product is just out of warranty so ur all out of luck have a lovely day further. funny thing is on the charge 3 it sais improved gorilla glass obviously they realised the charge 2's glass is a problem.
