Fit don’t care a Bit!

I sustained a brain injury and take a sleeping tablet to sleep. Due to my brain injury I have memory issues and my sleeping tablets don’t always work. Sometimes I go 3 days without sleep because I don’t remember if I actually slept or not. I saw FitBit has sleep Tracking so I mailed them for a used/damaged FitBit as I am on a disability grant and after rent, medication and child support I hardly have any money left so I can’t afford a full price device. However they blatantly ignore me and because of my memory issues I check my phone every hour because I fear I will forget that I emailed them. If they can’t assist it would be nicer to just say so because I don’t want to mail other places unless I am certain they can’t help me. It’s been many days already and I am so stressed out already. If FitBit treats a mentally challenged person like this, who knows how they would treat an able bodied person!
