Excellent Service

Exceptional service, my versa lite watch was not charging and I logged a call with Fitbit support team. They responded immediately with a clear process to resolve the issue. They sent another watch as the watch was still under warranty.

The watch was delivered by DHL just within few days of the call being logged. Awesome service, please keep it up!
