Duped Fit Bit Users

Fit Bit Ionic has recalled this particular smar****ch, promising a refund by either depositing refund in Pay Pal or your credit card after they have stopped your watch from Syncing. My watch has stopped syncing and no word from Fit Bit, going online and the refund forums I have lost count of how many people have been duped. The refund instructions tell you to action a particular drop-down box but then it does not allow toyu to complete the transaction. The number to call is in the states! and the people answering are only there for advice not actuall help. This is a sure way to never buy a Fit Bit Ionic or any from their range
