Don't waste money on Fitbit Charge 4 activity tracker

Bought a Fitbit Charge 4 Activity Tracker through Takelot. After 9 months the sensor is not picking up on resting heart rate and breathing rate. Doubt if all the other recordings are also not faulty. The strap also became faulty. Complete waste of money them giving a 2 year warranty, but Takelot is not willing to send to the manufacturer to investigate. Telling me its a user caused problem.
