DON'T buy the Fitbit Versa 4. It's a downgrade!!!

I have been a loyal fitbit customer having bought several fitbits over the years and loving them. I had and loved my Versa 1 for 5 years and excitedly saved up for the Versa 4. I got it an am incredibly disappointed! It is a total downgrade! The Versa 4 does not support 3rd party apps like the previous models meaning that I cant even download a simple flashlight. I used a flashlight on my versa 1 every evening when checking in on my kids and during loadshedding in SA. I see no communication by Firbit to their very unhappy customers on their website. I used to recommend Fitbit smar****ches but now I am going to sell this one and buy anouther brand. Nowhere on the advertising of the Versa 4 does it say that 3rd party apps are not supported. Omission is still false advertising!
