I have recently joined Vitality this year. I was super excitied when I heard that a Fitbit Device can now be linked to earn extra points towards your Vitality points. Well that was until I started experiencing issue after issue.

On Monday, 7 August, I completed a workout that was above the required heart rate and duration to qualify for my 300 points, however, the Discovery Vitality app and Fitbit app clearly do not have any communication between them as it does not even indicate on the Vitality app that it was a Fitbit workout.

Then on the 9th August, I completed another workout but according to the Fitbit App it was 73min, on the Fitbit website 93min and on Discovery App 30 min for the same workout!!! How is that even possible?? Sorry for the sarcasm, but how can you cater for certain devices but not have the support needed for these devices. I personally feel that I am being robed from my points that I work extremely hard for.

I have been in contact with Discovery numerous times about the points issue, but the answer is always the same, " Sorry there seems to be a system error." How can you not just fix the system error once and for all? OR I get told that I need to email a whole bunch of images to Discovery with results from my device, but then a different consultant will contact me and tell me the same thing I have heard before as they are unaware that it has been an ongoing issue.

I am aware that it takes a certain amount of hours for points to appear. However, there is inconsistency with regards to the duration of the workout and the points I should receive. Clearly there is a comunication error occuring between the two apps that are linked.

Please could you assist where need be as I am honestly disappointed with these issues that have occured.
