defect product

last year July I was gifted with a fit bit, (altr hd). 6 months down the year the band falls apart and breaks. I messaged fit bit and they were kind enough to send me a new band of my choice (I choose a leather band) which I thought will work. now six months has passed and this band is now falling apart. I e mailed them and this time round did not get a response. I am upset that they bands are useless. And that they don’t care anymore. This puts there product in a bad light.
