Cracked screen Fitbit charge 2

I would like to warn everyone against purchasing a Fitbit charge 2. My screen cracked after 14 months and warranty is for 12 months only. Fitbit however was so kind to send me a replacement pebble even though my device was 2 months out of warranty BUT the second one lasted for exactly 2 months and then the screen cracked again. Now of course Fitbit say they will not replace again, but they did send me a link to take a look at their newest releases in case i'm interest in an upgrade. NEVER again will I purchase a Fitbit product.
