Beyond Disappointed

Good Day,

I have purchased a Fitbit Versa Light product only to find out that the product only last 2years and I have paid R3 499.90 this is as good as a disposable. I am very disappointed as I quite love my Fitbit but now it is only lasting an hour if that, and all that support can say is sorry, this item cannot be repaired. I have to purchase a new one, (this was bought with savings not money lying a round.)
