Bad aftersales service

<p>I bought a fitbit charge hr a few months ago...just to discover the other day that the back part of the watch is pulling away. Took the watch back to totalsports and the said it will take about two months for fitbit to get back to me with an answer!!!! Two months...are you serious?</p>
