Absolutely useless.

I spent over R2000 on a Fitbit charge 3. After 2 months the screen cracked. I was told by their support people due to them not having repair centres I have to just "get a new one". Im absolutely shocked at how this business runs its operations. Fitbit products are something that I will NEVER recommend again, purely due to the fact that if something happens... Your solution is to just "get a new one".
