3 x Fitbit Faulty Wrist Band

Third Fitbit with a bubbling wrist strap in two years. Replaced second Fitbit. Unable to replace current watch which was replaced 8 months ago as warranty/guarantee is not available once a replacement device has been received. Provided an explanation: "We'd like to share with you that we make sure that our trackers and bands are free from defect before they leave our warehouse, and are therefore expected to last for a long time. Cases related to wristband damages may arise from different factors like storage, temperature or weather changes. There are instances where the materials that make up the tracker are pushed to their limits which we could relate to your situation. Also, we assure you that all of the customers who have contacted us with regards to the same issue that you have experienced have been assisted."

This is completely unacceptable and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Fitbit. Why would anyone want to pay that kind of money for a product that does not even last a year.
