Worst gym

Fit24 park square.. I had gotten the special where it was R199 a year or two ago, gym was well taken care off and everything they advertised worked.. currently the gym stuff are friendly however the facilities such as Sona, water, electricity, gym equipment is gone to hell, it is like the owners have thrown park square in the dump cause it is a really a dump currently.. it's a mystery too, if they have water, electricity at any given time and not notifying the members about it. The sonar has not worked in over a year but they advertise that they have a Sona.. I have emailed my complaints to them and also about removing members from going to oceans and park square, the reply by a person by the name of max was that I took the R199 package so if I want to go to oceans I must upgrade.. no empathy at all, it is like they making it my problem that I took the R199 special, well you should not of offered it in that case and you should not false advertise or not take care of the park square gym than maybe I would not ask why yourl now decided to revoke access to the oceans facility. They say that the Sona is not working due to theft.. I honestly think that this is currently the worst gym in KZN. Today, they had water but no hot water in the showers.. imagine taking a cold shower.. and the state of the male showers, are probably worst than Westville prison showers.. I would ask if the employee Max who was in communication with me or one of the owners bring there family members to the shower facilities and have them shower there as i feel if you take care of your business you would not let it get to the state it is and the facilities should be good enough for your family members to even have showered there, well that's if you care.. everyone you speak to at the gym has a complaint about the gym. Stay away.
