Unprofessionalism

Last year they advertised of a joining special and me and my fiance joined. With the covid pandemic we were faced with salary cuts which resulted in back lock of debts. We cancelled the contract early enough and now we are struggling to get refunded after the debit orders went off and their admin were up to ****. Nelspruit Branch. 2 months debit orders went of now and were promised that someone will contact us for the last 2 weeks. I need urgent help as this is been going on for 3 months
