Terrible health and safety!!!!

We have been dealing with a drainage issue in the showers for months now. It has escalated to filthy water from the previous day just sitting in the shower, reeking of actual sewer water. I joined the gym end of February, and there were already signs up in the changing rooms, advising of the drainage system not being functional when there's loadshedding, months later, there is no solution, and the problem is worsening. I have emailed the gym manager, two days ago and I still haven't gotten a response back. I haven't been able to go to the gym for two weeks now, because I shower before work. As a paying customer, I hate being treated this way!
