They ****** me my money now I’m being called day in day out. It was when they were still building the gym when they told me about month to month n nothing else deducted only the monthly installments for gyming. This was Duric covid19 lockdown. The gym opened they called I went and I was asked to sign a contract of month to month n if I ddnt like it they would gladly transfer it so someone else. So I ddnt like it. I went n told them to give me a form to cancel, they gave me an email to put it in writing but it was wrong it never went throught, this was within a week. I went to their office now there was another person manager he tells me stories. He gave me another email address it was still wrong. I went back the receptionist called the manager he couldn’t come assist. So I went into the internet looked for any email address as long as it had fit24 in it I was assisted coz atleast I was asked to send my details. Then that was it. Money was deducted again I moved accounts. I couldn’t stand it. Now I hv dept collectors harassing me daily they don’t even care what I say n the contract was ***** they now send me something I never agreed to. I ddnt know there was 36months they told me month to month n they could transfer now I must pay 40% ? He’ll noo well go too far for this I will go to their gym and look for answers I dnt hv money. They took enough already. I had joined for me and my partner which they said I’ll pay 200 each deduction was r400 each.
