Not happy

Nice gym and all but now that I want to cancel my gym contract after 36 month they have some how found a extra 14 month I opened my gym contract a month before they opened in Aug 2019 to date July 2022 is 36 month but they want to charge me a extra 4200 to cancel I sent emails and have gotten ignored
