No refund

I am from fit24gyms in northview, i am so disappointed in how fit24gyms hundle their busness, the northview gym is now closed, and the sad part is that not one is replying to my emails regarding my refund and I have just recently joined the gym on a 2 years contract and I payed cash upfront, can someone please help

I have being sending emails but no one is replying nothing.
