Listed for bad credit - when I was supposed to pay during lockdown. Know my bill is still rising and nobody takes my calls.

I signed up a contract the day before covid hit and went once. They did not answer their phones. The one in Broadway Durban North, i was then handed over and got a bad credit score for not paying my contract.....but the gym was closed.....what was i supposed to pay for. I finally got through to someone with some common sense and they sent me an email to my old email address. Apologizing and promising me that my name would be cleared and contract ended. Well i am now being hassled by lawyers and am blacklisted due to nonpayment. I called the other day, and they kept putting the phone down on me and nobody wanted to take responsibility. So where too now.....
