I regret joining this pathetic organization

On 14 June 2023 I paid a joining fee of R300 on a pre-sales promotion for the Westville branch that was meant to open in October 2023. It never opened and no communication was received regarding this. I found out by discovering the premises empty. On 26 March 2024 I completed and sent the cancellation form to the cancellation department and requested to be refunded the R300. It is now 1 year since the Westville branch failed to open and 6 months since I requested the refund. The lack of responsiveness is concerning and reflects poorly on the efficiency of this organization. Withholding the refund could be considered theft. Good customer service is seriously lacking. IT IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING HAVING TO REPEATEDLY REQUEST MY REFUND.
