I hate fit24 gym

I've had it with this gym. The worst ever. I became a member by default when the Durban north Go Health closed. My contract ended in April this year but I've been unable to reach anyone there by phone or email to request a cancelation so they just debited me every month. Eventually when they did open on September 1st I went into the gym and explained the situation and was furnished with another email address to submit my request to as according to the person at the counter the address provided on their website no longer worked. I did so, no response which led me to complain about them on their Facebook page. Eventually got a response from Janine Horne and I inquired about getting reimbursed for the money they had debited me as I had emailed proof that I requested a cancelation months before. She responded that she has to discuss it with someone higher up the food chain and would get back to me later that day. That was September 15th. I've since mailed her twice but no response.
