Forced into a 2 year contract under false pretenses

The branch at Rivonia Village sold me a contract under false pretenses. The sales consultant told me it was a discounted rate, month to month contract and that I could cancel with 30 days notice at any time. They messed up the debit order dates twice and when i went into the gym to sort it out, I found out I was tied into a 2 year contract. Neither the gym staff or finance administrator are giving me copies of the contract, they not returning my calls or emails. When I tried to cancel stating all of the above, they told me to exit the contract I must pay R3000 which includes a missed debit order fee which was their fault TWICE
