Fit24Gyms handing over customers with 2 payments missed during covid19 to collect money as they recover from the pademic

I took up a plan with Fit24Gyms sometime 2019 towards the end of September /October and had been paying ever since. With a payment along the way missed but spoke to a guy and he had advised it would be taken the next month. The gym started a process of relocating and i was never informed via notifications (email/sms) that they were changing venue to a different address and had to find out when i went to gym the other day,I was informed by a lady i work with. Then it was about 8-10 weeks where the gym was closed due to the relocation. Then suddenly covid19 pademic hit South Africa and all gyms were closed and within that time i was never called nor informed about anything with regards to the account i had. Then there was a email from a debt collection company advising me i have been handed over and my account has been sold to them. In total shock as there are guides and regulations with regards to the process followed by a company when handing over and unpaid account (of which the one they have used it ********).So after lockdown (still under level 4) i went to they new office and there was no body avaliable to help me as it was locked and doors were closing and showing no life inside.Went back and it was level 3 and i still couldnt find anyone. Through this whole process i wasnt working and nor was i getting salary but i waited for they call we then got back to work and that was in July and then i received another notification and now it was from another debt collection attorneys and they will be atking over and advised it has now being sold to them. Fit24Gyms has show cased they terrible service and still went over an above and sold my gym membership account without following the correct process and will be taking it up with the customer body as their act has violated my customer right.
