Fit24gym Useless service

I started going to this gym from Ballito branch. As much as they were not perfect with the service but it was better. So i had to move to Park square branch(next to Gateway) because of work relocation. when I got there they had only three showers and only two had hot water. They also had a steam room. Some days you'll find the steam room not working but they'll find a way to fix it. After two months of my membership they stopped fixing the steam room. Try negotiating with them they kept telling us that it's very expensive to fix it which I really didn't understand cause we are paying there and only looking for better service from them. Gym machines will break and they won't fix them for months and then they just drew the last straw, there's no hot water now, in all the showers. And if you speak with them they don't know anything. I've never seen such a useless gym as fit24. Somehow I find this as bridging of contract cause if they don't find their monthly payment in your account they fine you R100 extra but for what they are doing they are not being penalized. There's a lot going on there, if there's any association or whatever organization that can come and inspect the gym condition, please
