Fit24 Park Square

I would like to lay a complaint for Fit24 gym based in Umhlanga park square , this club undermines their members as if we don’t pay monthly subscription basically we being ******, when you sign up for gym contract you are obliged to pay your monthly fee and if you don’t they won’t allow you access to the gym or they blacklist you. Now I need to know in a situation where the equipment that is meant to be in use by the members is broken not just for a day (which is understandable) but for months? And if you report it falls on deaf ears? This branch has about 6 machines that are not operational due to broken cable , yesterday I had to wait 20min to use a machine, it’s not fair to members as we plan our times, and to go to the gym that has not enough equipment is not acceptable, we requested for mirrors by squat machine grey wall since 2021 to date, dumb bells are not enough only 1x 10KG , 2x12.5KG, 1x7.5KG to mention some of the issues , smith machine only one , and this is a common machine for all members surely another one needs to be added.

I understand your defence will be you provide cheaper or affordable gym fees than any other gyms in an area, on which to me is disrespectful as you doing us a favour, please get the above issues sorted out before you debit my account again.
